Mission Statement

We exist to pursue, model, and teach intimacy with God on the American university campus, in Christian community, impacting the world with God’s redemptive story of grace and reconciliation of humanity through faith in Jesus.

What We Do

Impact enjoys meeting new international students, helping them acclimate to a new city and campus, offering rides for local errands and just generally building friendships. Impact is a trusted and safe community of students who want to provide positive experiences for international students.

Services Offered to the International Community

Impact offers weekly service opportunities in South Salt Lake, where volunteers distribute food and clothing to individuals experiencing homelessness and others facing significant social and economic challenges. Documentation of volunteer service hours is available for students who need to fulfill service requirements.

Each Wednesday during the academic year, Impact offers free international food samples on campus. Students are invited to help serve food, meet new people, and build cross-cultural friendships.

Impact also hosts a free English Conversation Club each week during the academic year, providing international students with a welcoming place to practice English and build friendships.

Throughout the year, Impact organizes activities such as hikes, day trips, and shared meals, giving international students opportunities to make friends, experience the local community, and connect with others who share similar interests.
