Virtual Drop-In Advising
We will be offering a virtual drop-in advising session from 10 AM to 1 PM (MST) on:
Tuesday, December 31st
Walk-In and Virtual drop-in advising will resume back to normal hours during the first week of the Spring 2025 Semester.
The ISSS office is offering Virtual Drop-In Hours for students that need assistance and do not need an advising appointment. Please see below the schedule and instructions. Virtual Drop-ins are only on Wednesdays. Students needing assistance outside of these hours should schedule an appointment or attend an In-Person Walk-In Advising session. Individuals holding a J-1 Visa will need to reach out to the J-1 Scholar Team for assistance.

Students interested in meeting with an International Student Advisor/Designated School Offical virtually must follow the simple two-step instruction below:
- Sign in to UAtlas
In the Home Page, the "Virtual F-1 Drop-In Advising" information is provided. Students will click on, Step 1: Click Here to Check-In to Virtual Advising link.
Students should not check-in multiple times or it will put them in the end of the queue.
- Join the Video Call
Students will then click on, Step 2: Click Here to Join the Zoom Meeting.
Students must ensure that their "Zoom Name" is their Full Name to better identify from the waiting room.
