Adjustment of Fees for Most Immigration Applications and Petitions
With the Post-Optional Practical Training (OPT) application window now open for most
Spring 2024 graduates, we wanted to bring to your attention recent news from U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). USCIS recently announced new fee increases
that will go into effect April 1, 2024. Any applications submitted to USCIS on or after April 1, 2024, will need to include
the new fee amounts or they will not be accepted by USCIS.
Please see the new fee increases below for the two most common forms submitted to USCIS by F-1 visa holders.

In addition to the fee increases that go into effect on April 1st. USCIS has also implemented a new fee to Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service. Any submission of Form I-907 after February 26, 2024, needs to have the new filing fee attached.
