Introducing Virtual Walk-In Advising
The International Student and Scholar Services office will be offering "Virtual Walk-In Advising" for F-1 students in addition to In-Person Walk-In Advising. Every Friday, starting on August 04, 2023, virtual walk-in advising will be held from 9:00 AM (MST) to 11:00 AM (MST.)
Students interested in meeting with an International Student Advisor/Designated School Offical virtually must follow the simple two-step instruction below:
- Sign in to UAtlas
In the "Events" section, the "Virtual Drop-In Advising" event will appear. Students will click on, Step 1: Click Here to Check-In to Virtual Advising link.
Students should not check-in multiple times or it will put them in the end of the queue.
- Join the Video Call
Students will then click on, Step 2: Click Here to Join the Zoom Meeting.
Students must ensure that their "Zoom Name" is their Full Name to better identify from the waiting room.
