Step 2: Complete Assigned Checklist

After you submit the “Report Fall 2021 Status” e-form, you will receive an email with instructions to complete either the Inside U.S. Checklist or Outside U.S. Checklist. This online checklist will collect your personal information and also provide you with helpful instructions and student resources. Failure to complete this step will result in a registration hold on your student record that prevents you from registering for classes. Please routinely check your email, as you will receive a link to your checklist after completing the Report Fall 2021 Status e-form (Step 1).
